As you might see soon, english is not my mothertongue. And since english speaking people are used to others stumble around in their language, I hope I don't make too much of an idiot of myself here. So - my deepest apologies adressed to the English Language for not worshipping her better.

Stricter Drug laws
The european parliament seems to have decieded about EU-drug laws.
I have no idea, which idiots think that laws could prevent anything when it comes to drugs.
Since everyone (and often children) can buy cigarettes and alcohol everywhere, since Alcohol-ads are still allowed in newspapers and on TV-screens, and since Tobacco firms sponsor events like the Formula I races, I don't see any reason, why the use of Marihuana should be forbidden or more dangerous or whatever.
Don't get me wrong - I'm not talking about what we call "hard drugs" like Heroine, Cocaine and Crack. I'm just talking about Marihuana, good old THC and nothing else. I would never speak for anything like happy pills or so.
