Lillis place for rants and musing about life, universe and the whole rest. Mostly left, mostly sarcastic, sometimes in german, sometimes in Lilli-english.

As you might see soon, english is not my mothertongue. And since english speaking people are used to others stumble around in their language, I hope I don't make too much of an idiot of myself here. So - my deepest apologies adressed to the English Language for not worshipping her better.

Ben Affleck for a day
Yes, we germans are really silly when it comes to import american stuff. We died for and from aerobic, we started jogging groupwise and we also have Big Brother and Idol and all that here. Of course with germans and some german changes, but the core is the same. I had hope, they hype will be over, soon, but it seems to swap back from the US again. Now we have three channels doing some stuff of Idol (I bet they'll start pet Idol or something silly like that soon). Here I found a nice story about some look-alike contest. And when I read it, it becomes clear to me, that this might be the next hype we'll have to survive on german television.
